Kristin Raggio serves as the Practice Administrator and Co-Owner at Raggio MD Facial Plastic Surgery. With over a decade of clinical experience as a registered nurse, Kristin brings a rare combination of hands-on patient care expertise and strategic leadership to her role. Her background includes extensive experience caring for high-volume and high-acuity patient populations, along with serving in key leadership roles managing nursing teams in fast-paced medical environments.

A proud alumna of the LSU New Orleans School of Nursing, Kristin graduated as valedictorian of her class—an achievement that reflects her longstanding commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning. Today, she leads the nursing and administrative operations at Raggio MD with that same drive and distinction.

As Director of Nursing for Raggio MD’s accredited surgical center, Kristin ensures that all AAAASF patient safety and accreditation standards are not only met but consistently exceeded. Her leadership is instrumental in upholding the practice’s reputation for exceptional safety, quality, and personalized care.

In addition to her clinical and administrative responsibilities, Kristin plays a vital role in shaping the warm, detail-oriented experience that defines Raggio MD. She is a compassionate and grounding presence for both patients and staff, known for her calm professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of care. Outside the practice, Kristin is a proud mother to four young children, a devoted dog mom to a lovable English Cream Golden Retriever, and a supportive partner to her husband, Dr. Raggio. She gracefully balances her personal and professional life with warmth, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose.

Lundy is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse and high-acuity clinical experience. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in 2012.

Her career began in the fast-paced environment of neurological intensive care, where she spent eight years honing her critical care/PACU expertise—four years at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA and another four at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. While at Emory, she served as a Shift Nurse Manager and was actively involved in leading several hospital committees. She also played a key role in training and mentoring new graduate nurses at both institutions, establishing herself as a trusted leader and educator.

For the past five years, she has been practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider in the perioperative clinic at UAB. In this role, she has specialized in optimizing patients medically before surgery, developing a keen eye for preoperative evaluation and risk assessment.

Lundy continues to bring her wealth of clinical experience to patient care at RaggioMD. She performs in-house medical clearances to ensure surgical readiness and provides aesthetic services, including chemical peels and cosmetic Botox treatments. Her combined background in acute care and aesthetics allows her to approach each patient with a deep understanding of both health optimization and beauty enhancement.

In her free time, Lundy enjoys being outside with her two boys and spending time with her husband traveling.

David is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over a decade of experience in various hospital and outpatient settings. Originally from Columbus, GA, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2010 and his Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia from Samford University in 2014. David began his career as an ICU nurse in UAB’s Cardiac Care Unit before transitioning into anesthesia. He has since provided anesthesia for a variety of procedures and now specializes in administering anesthesia for outpatient facial plastic surgeries, working as part of Dr. Raggio’s surgical team. Outside of his professional career, David is a father to two children and a private pilot with over 20 years of flying experience. When not in the operating room, he enjoys quality time with his family and exploring the skies in his plane.

Payton has been a dedicated registered nurse since 2019, beginning her career in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit in Birmingham, Alabama. There, she gained invaluable experience managing complex cases and providing critical care. After three years, Payton transitioned to the recovery room, where she refined her skills in postoperative care and patient recovery. Passionate about the cosmetic side of medicine, Payton has now shifted her focus to the field of cosmetic and aesthetic care. Her extensive background in high-stakes medical environments, combined with her enthusiasm for cosmetic procedures, positions her uniquely to contribute to the field. At Raggio MD Facial Plastic Surgery, Payton is committed to using her expertise to support patients through their aesthetic journeys, ensuring the highest standards of care and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Mallory graduated from The University of Alabama in 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree. Mallory began her nursing career in the pediatric cardiovascular intensive care unit and then transitioned into pediatric outpatient hematology and oncology. She decided to shift her focus into aesthetic nursing to help patients achieve their goals and become their best selves. Mallory strives to make every patient feel loved and heard. She loves building trusting relationships with all of Dr. Raggio’s patients. In addition to working alongside Dr. Raggio, Mallory performs non-surgical treatments such as microneedling and RF microneedling. In her free time Mallory loves to travel to the beach, play tennis, and spend time with friends, family, and her 2 dogs!

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration earned in 2006 and a BSN earned in 2023, Michele brings warmth, energy, and hands-on experience to every part of the patient journey. Michele is also currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree at Troy, graduating in 2026.

Whether she’s answering questions, helping patients prep for surgery, or coordinating post-op care, she’s a familiar, friendly face that patients trust and feel instantly at ease with. She’s passionate about aesthetic medicine and loves being part of each patient’s transformation—both inside and out.

As a dedicated wife, mother, and proud grandmother, she brings a nurturing and intuitive presence to both patient care and team collaboration.

Brooke began her career in aesthetics in 2016 after graduating from the Aveda Institute as a licensed aesthetician. Her passion for patient care inspired her to further her education, earning an associate degree in nursing in 2023. With over a decade of experience in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery, Brooke has developed a well-rounded clinical background, including hands-on roles in preoperative care, scrubbing in the operating room, circulating during procedures, and providing recovery support in the PACU. She now brings her extensive knowledge, clinical skill set, and warm bedside manner to Raggio MD Facial Plastic Surgery. Brooke is deeply committed to delivering a seamless, personalized experience for each patient—from the first consultation to postoperative recovery. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and informed every step of the way. Whether assisting in surgery or guiding patients through their treatment plans, Brooke’s attention to detail and genuine care set her apart as a trusted resource within the practice. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their two cats.

Mackenzie graduated Cum Laude from the University of Alabama in 2024, earning a degree in Human Development and Family Studies—a field that deepened her understanding of personal connection, empathy, and service-centered care. As Patient Relations Specialist, Mackenzie serves as the friendly and welcoming face patients see the moment they walk through the door. Known for her warm personality, strong communication skills, and genuine care for others, she plays an essential role in ensuring each patient’s experience is smooth, comforting, and positive from start to finish.

Whether she’s guiding patients through what to expect during their time at Raggio MD or simply offering a reassuring smile, Mackenzie brings a personal approach to every interaction. As the practice’s skincare expert, she takes pride in educating patients on personalized skincare routines and post-procedure care — ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Her passion lies in helping people feel seen, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way.

Hayden graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, specializing in Social and Digital Media. With a strong passion for helping others and exceptional communication skills, Hayden is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience in the cosmetic industry.

As the Patient Care Coordinator, Hayden provides personalized patient consultations, answering questions about surgical procedures, and guiding individuals through what to expect during surgery. By combining a thoughtful, yet educated approach with a deep understanding of surgical procedures, Hayden ensures that each patient feels well-informed, supported, and confident. Committed to excellence, Hayden strives to make every interaction positive and meaningful—contributing to an environment rooted in trust, education, and outstanding patient care.

Natalie graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. With over five years of experience across marketing, social media, public relations, advertising, and event planning, she brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to the practice. Natalie is passionate about the aesthetic industry and thrives at the intersection of cosmetic procedures and patient relations. In addition to patient-focused work, Natalie plays a key role in business development and influencer collaborations, helping expand brand visibility through curated partnerships and community engagement.

Whether she’s building brand presence or creating behind the scenes content, Natalie’s focus is always on meaningful connection, professional excellence, and patient satisfaction.

Ally earned her Surgical Technology certification from Gadsden State Community College in 2018. She began her career in the operating room, scrubbing a variety of general surgery, orthopedic, ENT, urology, and gynecology procedures. This experience gave her a strong foundation in surgical technique and working seamlessly with the OR team.

She later transitioned into plastic surgery, where she now plays a vital role in the operating room by anticipating the needs of Dr. Raggio and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure. Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her son, daughter, and husband, and being outdoors whenever she can.
