The surgical suite at Raggio MD Facial Plastic Surgery is the space where Dr. Raggio performs all of his facial plastic surgery procedures on-site, within the office setting. The surgery area meets and exceeds the highest levels of safety standards for our patients, with a pre-operative bay, nurse’s station, recovery area, and sterilization rooms.

The center is proud to announce that we are applying to be accredited by The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) which is a not-for-profit organization that certifies surgery centers across the country that meet strict and specific qualifications. The AAAASF accreditation sets the standard for quality in the healthcare industry. We offer a single-surgeon, single-subspecialty AAAASF-accredited surgery center, assuring privacy and exceptional safety. This center offers the same safety protocols of a hospital with the individual care of a private surgery center, but with a lower risk of infection because it is smaller scale. As a result, we deliver an outstanding safety profile for all our patients. Unlike any hospital or surgery center, our surgical facility utilizes staff and equipment specialized only for facial plastic surgery procedures.
Board-certified registered nurse anesthetists are available for procedures using intravenous (IV) sedation. At Raggio MD Facial Plastic Surgery, we use exclusively total IV anesthesia for a quicker and more comfortable recovery following surgery. The on-site surgical suite offers patients a discrete and specialized setting for their rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation procedures.
