Procedure : Revision Neck Lift & Facelift, CO2 Laser

Post-op photographs for a revision Facelift/Necklift and CO2 Laser resurfacing for an 80-something-year-old woman who also happens to be the sweetest patient. After having had a facelift and necklift by another surgery nearly 20 years ago, she came to me seeking to correct residual and recurrent age-related changes to the face and neck. Although we discussed many options, including surgical, non-surgical (and a combination of the two), we determined that the procedures that would best fit her needs would be a Revision Facelift and Necklift along with skin resurfacing using a CO2 laser. By using previously existing scars and access points, we were able to reposition the deeper tissue of the face to a more youthful position, recontour the neck, and remove excess skin. The CO2 laser was the icing on top to optimize the health of her skin, softening any fine lines and wrinkles. both agree that she looks fantastic for her age, though not “overdone,” which means we achieved our goal. She is such a wonderful patient, and we could not be happier for her
