Periorbital Rejuvenation (Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty with targeted Chemical Peel). For this wonderful patient in her early 50’s, she noted how her eyes portrayed a sad and tired appearance, even though she was not. Our plan: treat the upper and lower lid skin redundancy with a precision Upper Lid Blepharoplasty and Skin Pinch Lower Lid Blepharoplasty to remove the extra lid skin. Further skin enhancement was obtained using a surgical-grade Chemical Peel, which targets fine lines, wrinkles, pigment, and laxity. The results are subtle yet striking. We couldn’t be happier for such a kind patient, and I thank her for sharing her story.
