These pictures showcase a 2-month post-op result for a kind woman in her late 60s who was bothered by her tired and sad appearance, namely around her eyes. For her, we performed an upper lid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin on her lids. We complemented this with a direct brow lift procedure wherein we made an inconspicuously designed incision above her brow, allowing precise shaping and repositioning of the brows. Even better, these procedures can be performed in the office using only local anesthetic, if desired. This is a great example of how small surgical enhancements around the eye create a refreshed and, overall, more attractive appearance. Subtlety is key
