Procedure : Deep Plane Necklift, Surgical Lip Lift

Customized Surgical Facial Rejuvenation for a lovely woman in her mid 60s. This patient came to me seeking to improve the lower portion of her face with a “less is more” approach. Ultimately, we decided that the best way to improve her facial proportions and to treat the neck heaviness was to perform a deep plane Necklift and a Surgical Lip lift. In particular, the neck lift was achieved with incisions hidden underneath the chin and behind the ear which allowed us to contour and reposition the deeper structures of the neck. For the lip lift, we meticulously excised 5 mm of excess cutaneous lip, which created a more voluminous upper lip with enhanced definition and overall better facial harmony. I think you’d agree she looks fantastic, and we are both happy to showcase these results. This case represents customized facial rejuvenation at its finest.
