This young woman in her mid-20’s presented with a mild dorsal hump, external asymmetries particularly evident on the bird’s eye and basal views. The goal was to restore both form and function, as both go hand-in-hand. The results show a more balanced nose with subtle refinement whilst maintaining a feminine shape. Sometimes a subtle enhancement can make the difference.
