Primary rhinoplasty for gentlemen with external and internal issues with his nose to include a crooked nose deformity, dorsal hump, deviated septum, and nasal valve collapse. In short, the goal of rhinoplasty was to create a straighter nose both inside and out while maintaining his masculine appearance.
