Comprehensive surgical facial rejuvenation with a “lift and fill” approach for a kind woman in her 50s looking to reverse some unwanted signs of aging, namely the sagging skin, blunted jawline, and excess skin laxity in the eyes, midface, and neck. To adequately address these concerns, I performed my comprehensive “lift and fill” facelift, wherein we complement our signature facelift/necklift procedure with autologous stem-cell-rich fat grafting to volumize the midface and promote optimal skin health. For her eye concerns, we performed an upper lid blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat surrounding the upper eyelids. The results show the powerfully rejuvenating effects of these more advanced and modern facelifting and fat grafting techniques. She put it best when she said, “ I look like me, just 10-15 years younger.” We couldn’t agree more!
