Procedure : Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Direct Brow Lift
Periorbital Rejuvenation is for a gentleman in his late 60s looking for noticeable but natural improvements. To best accomplish these goals, we performed a minimally invasive browlift via an endoscopic approach via a small incision hidden within the temple hairs. A conservative upper lid blepharoplasty was done, too, removing heavy lid skin via an incision hidden in a natural lid crease/wrinkle. This case shows that when planned correctly and executed meticulously, periorbital rejuvenation can be a powerful procedure that affords subtle yet striking results.
