Procedure : Upper & Lower Lift Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Brow Lift, Fat Grafting

Male rejuvenation represents one of the most technically demanding subsets of Facial Plastic Surgery, wherein no detail can be overlooked and subtlety is key. This gentleman in his early 60’s felt as if he always looked tired or sad, despite feeling healthy and youthful internally. The major areas of concern for him included the overly droopy tail of brows and modest upper eyelid skin laxity. The undereye area, namely the excess fat bags and hollowness (tear trough deformity), were also contributing to a sad and tired look. That said, we performed our signature periorbital rejuvenation using a combination of minimally invasive browlifting (incisions hidden in the hairline), precision upper lid blepharoplasty, scarless lower lid blepharoplasty, and stem cell rich fat grafting to rejuvenate the eye region. The results speak for themselves, in that he looks more rested, refreshed, and overall more attractive and approachable. Mission accomplished for this wonderful patient.
